Description
Gorgeous, possibly french, Cubist / art deco square based kettle with a 90 degree turn through the sides, creating 8 triangular sides ending in a squared lid. Lid is decorated with another square in relief parallel to the base.
Lid has an eight sided finial.
Both finial and handle are bakelite.
Possible “V” etched in one corner of the base.
There are marks and dents commensurate with age and use. Chips to each end of the handle. (please see pictures).
