Description
Negley Farson was a renowned American foreign correspondent, also wrote the thirties best seller “The Way of the Transgressor”.
His son born 2 years after this cruise, also became well known as a photographer, broadcaster and writer. Both apparently were infamous for alcohol excess.
The photos within this book are an insight into life and costume within Europe in the 1920’s.
Found in the back of the book is a paper cutting of his son’s obituary, featuring unknown signatures.
