The Scheurich company was one of the largest German manufacturers of ceramics from 1950s-1980s.
Unusual glaze colourway, although a vase, if you put your thumb through the handle and grip the body of the vase with your remaining fingers it is reminiscent of a stein!

Reflective glazes are awkward to photograph accurately,
reflections seem to go hand in hand with accurate colour reproduction.
