I have not seen these three sold together as a bundle, the smaller pamphlets being rarer than the main booklet which is pencil marked to the rear for the Gaumont E.H MAR 4th 1959
From the pencil markings this looks like it was bought at the Gaumont theatre East Ham (demolished in 2009) in 1959 when the film was on general release, this is also the year Cecil B. DeMille died (Jan 21st).
