Shipping and Returns

Returns Policy
Our return policy is within 14 days of receiving your item. You should expect to receive your refund as soon as we receive the item back to our return address. If the item is unwanted then the buyer will pay for returns. All items are carefully packaged using recycled materials, if there is damage during transit, we will assist within the UK with claiming compensation. However all packaging must be retained.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping
For all products sent within the UK shipping is FREE. Orders will be dispatched on the next working day. (During Covid there may be delays due to local lockdowns, in which case you will be kept advised.)

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Within the UK we will use Royal Mail.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
